Kingspan insulation products are one of the leading insulation suppliers, offering floor, cavity wall and roof insulation options designed to meet all your home insulation needs.
The Thermapitch TP10 rafter level insulation is designed for use in tiled or slated pitched warm roof spaces and features low thermal conductivity that helps enhance energy efficiency in buildings.
TP10
Kingspan Thermapitch TP10 is an insulation board specifically designed for pitched roofs that should be installed at the rafter level. Suitable for new build and refurbishment projects alike, its rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate core has composite foil facings on both sides that ensure low thermal conductivity (0.022 W/mK), unaffected by air infiltration, water resistant properties and suitable use as part of Robust Details Part E of building regulations.
Ideal for insulate pitched warm roofs, which can help lower energy bills and CO2 emissions. Homeowners lose up to 25% of heat through their roof, which insulation can help minimize. Fireproof and test results show positive performance ratings; additionally it comes in various thicknesses that can easily be cut to size with a fine toothed saw or knife.
TR26
Kingspan Therma TR26 PIR insulation board is an economical, all-purpose PIR board designed for flat roof applications. Featuring an excellent thermal conductivity rating of just 0.22 W/mK, it can be installed mechanically-fixed single-ply roof systems or green roof systems without issue, while remaining resistant to water vapour intrusion.
It is manufactured using Nilflam technology and features a fibre free rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core encased by low emissivity composite foil that autohesively bonds to its insulation core during manufacturing.
This product is intended for installation at the rafter level, and can be utilized on either ventilated or unventilated flat roofs. Suitable for new build and refurbishment projects alike, this special order and/or Made to Measure item cannot be returned; for more details please refer to our Delivery & Returns page or don’t hesitate to get in touch. K118
Kingspan Kooltherm K118 Plasterboard combines insulation and dry lining into one board, offering both protection from moisture entering from within a building as well as reduction of condensation which could otherwise cause damage and promote mould growth, as well as mould, fungus and vermin growth. It has low emissivity composite foil facing to help limit moisture transfer between inside and outside a structure – helping limit passage of moisture between indoors and outdoors – helping prevent passage of condensation which damages insulation materials as well as leading to mould growth from within.
This insulated plasterboard features a premium performance thermoset fibre-free phenolic insulation core manufactured with zero ODP and low GWP blowing agents, and autohesively adhered tissue-based facing material during production.
This insulated plasterboard can be mechanically fastened or adhesively adhered for use in extremely thin wall constructions, and allows for ultrathin wall designs. It works great on brick, block cavity walls, as well as existing gypsum plaster walls. In short-term contact it is resistant to petrol as well as dilute acids, alkalis, mineral oils and mineral oils, is rot proof, non-hygroscopic and will not support mould or fungus growth.
TW55
Kingspan Thermawall TW55 stud wall PIR insulation board has been specifically developed for timber frame and steel framed wall constructions, providing outstanding thermal performance that promotes optimal energy efficiency for the home.
Thermawall TW55 is made using Nilflam technology – a high performance fibre-free rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core that features low emissivity composite foil that autohesively bonds to it during production – to maximize insulation value while also providing a strong surface for tile or slating installation if required.
TW55 rigid PIR insulation board boasts an exceptionally low thermal conductivity of just 0.02 W/mK, making it an effective and cost-efficient choice for new build and renovation projects. It is particularly suited to use in masonry separating walls as detailed in Robust Details for Part E of Building Regulations, while being light enough to transport, handle, install and cut with either a fine toothed saw or by scoring with a sharp knife.
