Advantages of Gyproc Insulation

Gyproc insulation is a highly effective, environmentally friendly alternative to other types of insulation. It comes in several different varieties, including ThermaLine Basic, Thermal Super, Easefully 60 and Thermaline PIR. Each type has its own distinct properties and benefits. These advantages make it an excellent choice for a wide range of building applications.

Gyproc Thermal Super

Gyproc Thermal Super insulation is an environmentally friendly, highly efficient rigid wallboard. Its phenolic foam insulant is bonded to a core of aerated gypsum, and features vapour control, fire resistance, and resilience. The environmentally friendly board also features resilient paper liners. The Gyproc WallBoard is available in standard sizes and is backed with brown phenolic foam.

It has a fire-rated Class O and is CFC-free. It is suitable for loft conversions and can be fitted in a variety of thicknesses. There are several different products to suit your requirements. All of them are backed by the Gyproc brand name. They are available in a range of thicknesses from 20mm to 40mm.

The Gyproc ThermaLine PIR 63mm is a cost-effective, high-performing insulation solution for new build and refurbishment projects. Its double vapour barrier reduces the impact on space. Its insulation performance equates to an improvement in your energy bills and is ideal for new construction projects.

Gyproc ThermaLine Basic

Gyproc ThermaLine Basic is a cost-effective thermal insulation solution for new and existing buildings. This material can be used for cavity walls and works well in combination with other insulation measures. The product reacts quickly to changes in space temperature and is designed to offer a comfortable living environment.

This lightweight, air-permeable material is easy to cut with a plasterboard saw. Its tapered edges ensure a smooth finish. This type of insulation is also known for its moisture resistance. However, it should not be used in areas that are permanently damp or above 49 degrees. It should be stored in a cool and dry place. In addition, this type of insulation meets national B1 standards and has achieved a BES 6001 rating.

ThermaLine Basic is a cost-effective, energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly insulant that is suited for new build and refurbishment projects. It is manufactured with a CFC and HCFC-free expanded polystyrene insulant. The product can be used for plasterboard and drylining internal surfaces.

British Gyproc Thermal Basic is a high-quality insulating material that helps regulate the temperature of your building. It prevents approximately three-fourths of heat from escaping, reducing your energy bills. It is also environmentally friendly and safe. Its lambda value is 0.029 W/mK, which is considered Excellent in Building Regulations.

Gyproc Easefully 60

Gyproc EasiFill 60 is an air-drying, all-in-one plasterboard joint filler and finish. It offers high coverage and a quick work time of 60 minutes. It also has a 140-minute second coat application time, and is suitable for bulk filling as well as finishing.

The Gyproc EasiFill range has been designed to help decorators achieve the best results in the shortest time. It includes the Gyproc EasiFill 60, the Gyproc EasiFll 45, and the Gyproc Easefully 20. These products are available in a two-pack.

Gyproc Thermaline PIR

The Gyproc Thermaline PIR insulation board offers superior performance in reducing heat loss from your home. Its 2.5mm thick design contains integral vapour control layers and is bonded to high-performance polyisocyanurate foam insulation. The result is a superior level of thermal insulation and a comfortable, energy-efficient space.

The board can be cut to size with a plasterboard saw and a utility saw. It is important to wear protective gloves and goggles when working with this product as dust may be generated. Once cut, Thermaline insulated plasterboards should be covered with weatherproof materials. Avoid using heavy loads on these boards as they can collapse from within.
